Profile
Grapes were harvested mid-February from the cool southern slope of Paul and Kathy Drogemuller’s family vineyard at Paracombe and select specialist sites in the Adelaide Hills.
Pale straw in colour, the bouquet is lifted and striking with rose floral and fruity notes of melon and citrus. The palate is crisp, fresh and pure with hints of nutmeg, ginger and minerality. This wine will drink well young, but has superb aging potential with its fine acidity and gentle textures.
Here is a food friendly wine, try it with Asian inspired cuisine.
