The Adelaide Hills are just a short, 20 minute drive from Adelaide City. This picturesque region is leafy and lush - and home to some of Australia's best cooler climate wines. In addition to some our winemakers, Applewood Distillery is also situated here.
Due to its elevation and environment, winters are crisp and summers tend to be cool and dry. Top varieties grown include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir.
