Sourced from the premium South Australian regions of Limestone Coast and Adelaide Hills, this Chardonnay is made in a fresh, modern style with just a touch of oak. Spring and summer were cooler than normal with above average rainfall and the 2017 vintage happened much later than usual. The combination of those factors and dry weather for most of the harvest resulted in higher yields and excellent quality across regions.

The nose offers subtle, elegant aromas of freshly picked green apples, as well as citrus notes of oranges and lemons. The palate is a well-balanced with tasty flavours of apples and lemons, complemented by crisp acidity on the refreshing palate. Try this wine with a chicken and spring vegetable risotto.
