2017 was an exceptional vintage. Weather conditions and yields all lined up to produce impeccable fruit quality balanced with superb natural acidity. Grapes for the Paracombe Sauvignon Blanc were harvested in mid-March from Paul and Kathy Drogemuller’s family vineyards and local specialist growers.

The ironstone rich soil profile of the Paracombe vineyards gives a lovely flinty, mineral element to the wine resulting in a delicious Sauvignon Blanc showing lifted aromas and good flavour definition.

The bouquet is enticing with lifted passionfruit and tropical aromas. The palate is supple and soft, delivering fresh, sweet tropical fruit flavor with creamy stone fruit and finishing juicy and even with just the right amount of zest.

Enjoy this Sauvignon Blanc anytime, anywhere and with anybody… or maybe just keep it for yourself!
